We went there and it wasnt great it was pretty trashed.

Pretty nice location. Kinda cool graffity pieces but location is mostly collapsed and vandalised. Still worth it i would say. Very easy acces from the holy well parking but be careful you dont get spotted by the surrounding houses.

Just been to this location looks like it’s got new owners and been done up no longer abandoned

Been to this property 24.1.26 this property is now being renovated was bought by new owner in April 2025

Had a walk around climed over the back wall and got in security showed up with police nice spot just don’t overstay they have sensors

Great place but you need to be careful in case there are people inside there when you go, but it is graffiti

Easy access, not much to explore, great for photos, just be warned of someone claiming to be a “farmer” with an air rifle

Quite hard to get in, no cameras or security

No security but hard to get into some squatters but they will leave you alone

Hi I’m the person who uploaded this and I went there again today only to be met with people inspecting it as it’s being auctioned apparently, they let me and my friend explore legally so that was great but I discovered they had sealed off the entrance I described. So seemingly, you can’t really enter it anymore I’m afraid to say. :(
