Tapioca Farm is a decaying house in Vlaams Brabant. Entering reveals a large room with a vaulted ceiling; many ceiling panels are missing, exposing the framework. The floor is littered with debris: broken wood, plaster, and rubble. A raised platform with damaged railings is visible on one side; damaged walls with faded paint and exposed brick are behind it. A large arched doorway or alcove is mostly blocked by debris. Several broken wooden pews remain. The overall state is severe decay. Hazards include unstable floors and debris. Light enters from damaged ceiling openings.
