The Sanatorium du Basil is a large, multi-level stone building located in the province of Liège, Belgium. The structure features a gray facade, a prominent clock tower at the top, and a large porch supported by columns. Currently in a state of significant disrepair and neglect, the building has a missing or broken roof, and many of its windows are boarded up. The surrounding property is enclosed by a large, rusted metal fence and is filled with overgrown grass and weeds. The walls of the abandoned facility are covered in graffiti, and the building shows signs of long-term disuse.
