The location is in a significant state of disrepair and neglect. Many rooms are dilapidated, showing peeling paint, wall cracks, broken windows, and holes in the ceilings. The floors, made of concrete or dirt, are littered with debris, torn-up drywall, wood pieces, and abandoned items such as a black bag and a red chair.
