The exterior features a rusted chimney and a roof in poor condition, with the surrounding grounds covered in overgrown vegetation, weeds, and tall grasses. The interior spaces are characterized by high ceilings with metal beams, though some wooden roof beams are missing. The concrete floors are littered with debris, including rubble, cardboard boxes, wooden planks, and various construction materials. The walls show signs of neglect with peeling paint and rust stains. Inside one of the warehouse areas, a large American flag hangs from the ceiling, and various pieces of machinery are scattered throughout the space. The facility also contains industrial piping along the ceilings and windows that look out onto other decaying structures on the property, including an old house.
