You can view your current points balance on your user profile page. Simply log in and visit your profile to see your points and available redemption options.
No, your earned points never expire! Once you've earned them, they remain in your account until you decide to redeem them.
Reviews, locations, and photos are typically approved within 24-48 hours by our moderation team. Points are awarded immediately upon approval.
Photos must be your own original work, clearly show the location, and be of sufficiently high quality. We don't accept photos that are blurry, extremely dark, or that don't provide a good view of the location.
Points for purchases are awarded immediately after the payment is successfully processed. You'll receive 10 points for every €/$ spent on locations, maps, or app subscriptions.
Currently, points cannot be transferred between accounts. Each user earns and redeems points individually.
