You can park your car quite nearby. It is fairly easy to access and unguarded. Keep in mind you go underground and have no signal. To get in and enjoy this as safely as possible I'd advise the following. - Good facemask. (P3 maybe even A2P3) - Rain boots or watertight shoes that go above your ankle. (If you go deeper you have a layer of still water) - Optional. Knee protection and gloves. (At the entrance you will have to crawl a bit but thats it) - Make you you have a Spare flashlight. No signs of squatters. No signs of it being demolished or sold. There is some signs of vandalism and water damage. But the place is pretty cool. Under the ground its colder than above so a jacket couldn't hurt. Everything is well navigated. A lot of other people made markings on how to find your way back to the surface. This place will keep you occupied for hours!

Warning. Actively being demolished. Construction/demolishing is actively happening. So be fast now you still can. There are some ways to enter. If you see a playground you can enter/exit via there. There is a hole. If not you could climb the 5m walls but there is a road so keep that in mind. If you enter via the construction or move between the couple of remaining buildings I would highly suggest a bandana or ski masks. The property has quite a handful security cameras near the construction company buildings. The remaining buildings have no inside security or tripwire alarm as we know. No signs of squatters. Place is actively being cleaned out. I suggest to wear a filtrated face mask. Dust and rusty air. Also decent protective gloves is usefull to have. Otherwise cool visit. Will keep you busy for hours and hours if you want.

Warning. Place is actively being demolished. Only some structures remain. The remaining structures are still very much worth exploring and will keep you busy for hours! Acces is difficult. The only way to enter is climb the wall on the kanal side. Or cut a hole there with wire cutters. Security wise if you enter via kanal side you will have to pass one camera but I’ve been there 3 times now. Just look down or bring something to cover your face. Since its quite a popular location the places that can be vandalized are vandalized as seen on the pictures I’ve provided. But it is definitely still worth a visit. Zero signs of squatters being in the location. But the place where the factory is located has some hobos. So don’t leave shiny stuff in your vehicle. I would highly suggest proper filtration facemask because of the coal dust and rusty air. Also some decent gloves is advised since everything is made out of mostly rusted steel.

There are multiple entry points in the fence to enter. Security wise there is none. Keep in mind that if you follow the path past the radar there will be a building that is in use. (Not military) so maybe don’t make to much noise. Location is quite accessible. You can park your car in front of the gate and walk right in. But if you want to be a bit careful you can park it on some parking spots next to a field near the radar station. You don’t necessarily need anything stronger than maybe a dust mask. The radar itself is quite ventilated. The building attached to the radar might have some isolation but with a dust mask you’ll be fine. To enter the Radar station you have to go trough a smashed window of a big door. So maybe wear gloves if you’re careful? But definitely not a must. Zero signs of squatters. Place has been vandalized a bit. But the radar itself is mostly intact. Which is really cool to see. No signs of it being sold or being demolished anytime soon. It will keep you occupied for like an hour if you’re with some friends.

No major signs of vandalism. Easy access to the location. 0 security. No signs of squatters. Been emptied out for the most part due to it actively being listed for sale. Nice location. Fairly clean atmosphere. Some pretty cool rooms. Some mold of course. But a simple face mask should do. Fully explore it will take you a couple hours. It did seem there are active plans for construction so keep that in mind.

When facing the front door go left to find the entrance. (Unlocked door) make sure to have a facemask that filters out mold/isolation/asbestos. Everything is still there and intact. No signs of squatters. No major signs of vandalism. No signs of it being demolished or sold anytime soon. Just a old house… 30 min visit. Could be spooky late at night.

There is a lot of cool stuff too see and explore, entry is quite easy as the fence by the front of the property is broken. Do be warned there is a house on the property and there are people living in there they are not often home usually at night so go to this location in the afternoon if you can for the best chances at making it out. Besides that don’t go to any of the upper floors as the buildings are NOT structurally sound.

Czytaj więcej i zobacz lokalizacjęBuilding has been fully stripped by a contractor. It is an empty husk of what it used to be. It doesn’t seem they are actively still demolishing? I suggest give it a quick peek if you’re nearby. But not really worth thoroughly exploring. Its just empty. Some cameras but as of when I visted (two weeks before this post) they were out of use. No signs of squatters. No need for anything special protection wise. Still easy to access.
It is fully demolished.
Be aware of the rotten floor inside and outside. No major signs of vandalism. No signs of being demolished any time soon. Advise a facemask for mold. Easy access. Max a 3 minute visit….
Fully demolished. Currently inder construction.
