So there suddenly was an opening. You will have to squeeze trough some cameras on the outside. But place has no indoor cameras or alarms. The basement area is really cool. Its like a timecapsule! For the basement I would suggest wear a facemask. There is mold there and didn’t seem well ventilated. No signs of squatters. Some vandalism but generally its just been cleaned out. Outside of the basement area its pretty empty. Still worth a look around! No signs if it being sold or demolished anytime soon. Also. Im pretty sure if you visit this place when its dark it gonna be very spooky. Some rooms are nightmare fuel in the dark.

Its probably an amazing location. From what we could see from the outside trough the windows it looks amazing. BUT Both buildings have alarms. And supposedly camera surveillance. When we opened a garage gate about 30sec after a loud alarm started blazing and we ran. So it it accessible?? But but highly protected. We didn’t see surveillance cameras or trail cameras. So try at your own risk.

Place has active cameras and if well fenced around. Due to current time limitations we couldn’t find an exit in the building. Bring something to cover your face going to this place. But from what we could see trough the windows the place is probably worth visiting!

Well first a short story. While I was writing a review a bit further down where I initially parked my car. Eventually a man that lived there came to chat. He was very polite and friendly and was just curious. (I think he thought I was a burglar since im wearing full black and you can see a big black tactical rucksack) So I was telling him i visited the “Abandoned military training site” he laughed. “Hahah no no that used to be a concrete factory. But some locals turned it into a parkour thing. Nothing official I think.” So yeah thats that was funny. So security wise. I think your better off wearing somewhat regular clothes since the people are used to see activity in there. Pretty easy to get in. I saw some fresh signs saying there are security cams. I highly doubt it. Really cool location. It really gives the “Overgrown military training site” vibes. You can get pretty high up. Watch your step. If you can go with friends. I do suggest wear some shoes or boots with decent grip. Some gloves with decent grip. The knee protectors I had helped a lot aswell. And wear bus spray!!!! The mosquitoes will otherwise eat you alive!!! No squatter signs. Place is pretty worn down. Mostly due to nature. No signs of it being demolished or sold anytime soon. No major need for filter mask. I just wore my skimask for the bugs.

Hard to get in, managed to climb above the door and get in the window and open the door, managed to snag the code for the door and also hacked access to the security camera pc on the third floor until a car rolled up and we bolted.

See the pics. Thats it. Boring.
Fully demolished. See picture
Do not go here. Its not an house. More like a steel shed. Place is used as a bat shelter. So it would be sad if you break in here… place isn’t even that big. Its a 1km walk though the forest and the coordinates aren’t very clear. Place is fuly welded shut and the other entrances are closed from the inside.
Highly suggest NOT going here. You can clearly see the building caught a fire at one point. And during the years everything thats made of wood is collapsed or near collapsing. You will see some pics I’ve added. Don’t be fooled. The floor beams are one step away from collapsing. We had to run and JUMP to see the remaining floors that had a concrete floor. Only reason it got 2 starts instead of one is because of the amazing art you’ll see on one of the pics I’ve provided. But still if you want to see it for yourself. Place is filled with spiders. Place is filled with mold. Bring a flashlight. Watch your step. Because if you fall in the basement I hope those final 3/4 of steps aren’t rotten. We didnt even dare to test it… so you might need rope or a strong buddy to get out….
Place is fully demolished.
Easy access. Just walk around. No security. There is black mold so wear a mask!! Signs of people using it to party. As in some beer cans and snacks. But no signs of hobos. No signs of it being demolished or sold anytime soon. Keep in mind that this is in a neighborhood so people can see you get in easily and there doesn’t seem to be another emergency exit.. otherwise decent place. Quite trashed but still neat visit.
Really not worth it. Its a 3 room building. Completely destroyed by vandalism and nature. And you have to cross quite a busy road to even get there. Which took longer than the visit itself. And it seems like its a chilling spot for hobos.
